Terms of service for MMR Mobile Motor Repairs

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of mobile motor repair services by MMR Mobile Motor Repairs ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("the customer"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide mobile vehicle repair and maintenance services in Chichester and surrounding areas of West Sussex. Services are subject to availability and may be affected by weather conditions, parts availability, or other factors beyond our control.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided based on information supplied by the customer and may be subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle
- If additional work is required beyond the original quote, we will seek your approval before proceeding
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices include VAT where applicable
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Appointments can be made by phone or through our website
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Repeated no-shows may result in a call-out charge for future bookings
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information about the vehicle and any issues
- Ensure safe and suitable access for our mechanic to work on the vehicle
- Remove valuable items from the vehicle before service
- Be available or provide access keys as arranged
5. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments
- For larger jobs, a deposit may be required to order parts
6. Warranties and Guarantees
- All workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
- Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties which vary
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
7. Liability
- We carry full public liability insurance
- We are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues that become apparent during service
- We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
