What is a mobile mechanic?
A mobile mechanic brings professional vehicle repair and servicing directly to your location - whether that's your home, workplace, or roadside. We have fully equipped vans with tools and diagnostic equipment to carry out most repairs on-site, saving you the inconvenience of visiting a garage.
What are your service hours?
We operate Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. We also offer out-of-hours appointments for evening and Sunday work by arrangement. Emergency callouts are available 7 days a week.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. You and your vehicle are fully covered while we're working.
Services
What services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive mobile mechanic services including brake repairs, full vehicle servicing, electrical diagnostics, engine repairs, MOT preparation, and emergency callouts. We also service commercial vehicles and plant machinery.
Can you service all makes and models?
Yes, we service and repair all makes and models of cars and vans, from small city cars to large commercial vehicles. We also work on plant machinery and agricultural equipment.
Do you carry out MOT tests?
No, MOT tests must be carried out at an authorized test center. However, we offer pre-MOT checks and can complete any advisory work to help you pass first time.
Payment & Pricing
Do you charge a callout fee?
No, we don't charge callout fees anywhere within our 30-mile service area from Chichester.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major debit/credit cards. Payment is due upon completion of work.
Do you provide quotes before starting work?
Always. We'll assess the issue, explain what's needed, and provide a written quote before starting any work. You're under no obligation to proceed.
Location & Coverage
Where do you cover?
We serve a 30-mile radius from Chichester, including Bognor Regis, Littlehampton, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Portsmouth, and all surrounding towns and villages.
Can you come to my workplace?
Absolutely. We regularly service vehicles at workplaces, business premises, and car parks throughout West Sussex. Just ensure you have permission to have maintenance work carried out on-site.
Emergency & Breakdown
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes, we provide emergency callout services for breakdowns and urgent repairs. Call 07934 878482 and we'll aim to reach you as quickly as possible.
What if my car won't start?
Call us for emergency assistance. We'll diagnose the issue on-site - common causes include battery failure, starter motor issues, or fuel system problems. Many can be fixed there and then.
